More St. Jude Picnic Updates
The Albany Police Department has confirmed that the Mounted Police Unit will attend the St. Jude Picnic on Saturday, September 9!
We've been receiving lots of donations from area businesses and Club members for the Chinese Auction but there's always room for more! It's never too late to make a donation to this great PACC event for the Kids of St. Jude. We're accepting donations all week during regular operating hours at the Club.
The weather forecast looks good, too. This is shaping up to be another great event for 2023!
St. Jude Picnic Update
The Albany Fire Department and the NY State Police have confirmed that they will have representatives attending the PACC fundraiser with apparatus, a motorcycle display, and a rollover simulator!
St. Jude Update
Great news! After numerous attempts, we were finally able to meet up with Elise Penge from the Albany St. Jude office and present her with a check for $29,300, representing our 2021 fundraising and our 2022 picnic. We are looking forward to continuing our fundraising for St. Jude on September 9 with our annual Family Picnic. We hope to have a great turnout of Club members and guests!
ST. JUDE FUNDRAISER
Saturday, September 9! We're still accepting donations and gift cards for the Chinese Auction. Donations can be dropped off at the Club 7 days a week.
Thank you for your ongoing support of this important event!
Membership Card Update
We hope everyone had a happy and safe Independence Day!
All men's membership cards have been mailed to paid members. The final batch was put in the mail Monday night.
Auxiliary members with verified addresses will also receive their cards in the mail. Ladies, if you haven't yet received your card please send us a note with your name and mailing address. With the cost of postage, we want to avoid misdirected mail being returned and then needing to re-send. This applies to all members, regular and lifetime, since even lifetime members need new cards. These cards are permanent and will not be reissued annually. You can send your info to PACC.Albany.News@gmail.com, or send a message through our Facebook page.
Both the men and the ladies are hoping to obtain updated/verified mailing addresses and proper information for all members. Please share this information with fellow members who may not have email or Facebook access.
Bountiful Bread St. Jude Fundraiser
We have a total from our friends at Bountiful Bread - $329.85 was raised for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital yesterday between 4 and 7 PM! A huge THANK YOU to all those who mentioned PACC and St. Jude and the generous donation of 20% from Bountiful Bread!

New Card Reader
After delaying the purchase of a new proximity card reader in 2022 due to a lack of funds we’re happy to announce that the new reader and cards have been purchased. We’re currently waiting for stickers for the cards to arrive and be applied to the cards. Once that’s done we will get cards out to all paid members. If you haven’t paid your dues for 2023 please send them in soon. Dues are $50 for men ($25 for lifetime members) and $20 for Auxiliary members. If dues are not paid by March 31 you will be considered in arrears and a new membership card will not be issued. Dues may be paid in person at the Club, or you may mail a check to PACC/PACC Auxiliary, 110 Commerce Ave., Albany, NY 12206. If you mail your dues and want your new card mailed to you, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
